If you need to make changes or cancel, you’re welcome to do so within 7 days by emailing us at support@gratitudist.com. After that, your order moves into mindful production and can no longer be adjusted.

Once your hoodie is complete, it will be carefully packaged and sent to you with love. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as it’s on its way. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the production schedule listed on the product page.

Each hoodie is made with purpose and care, just for you. Because our items are made to order, we’re unable to offer returns at this time. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
