Digital Products (Downloads, PDFs, Journals, Workbooks)
All digital goods offered through Gratitudist are non-refundable once the order is completed, as they are delivered immediately upon purchase.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, please contact us at support@gratitudist.com and we will assist you promptly.
Print-on-Demand Physical Goods
Our physical products (including apparel, mugs, journals, and other items) are fulfilled by our trusted third-party print-on-demand partners. As each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Customer error (wrong size, color, or design selection)
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
However, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing or printing error
- The wrong item was received
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at support@gratitudist.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photo(s) of the item in question
We may request that you return the product at your own expense unless the return is waived. We may also withhold reimbursement until the item is returned or verified as defective.
Refund Processing Time
If your return or replacement is approved, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Replacements may take up to 14 business days to process, depending on production and shipping timelines.
